The first edition of the VENICE INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE ART WEEK Hybrid Body – Poetic Body took place in December 2012 at Palazzo Bembo. The live art exhibition project dedicated to contemporary performance art showcased in its first edition works of over 30 international performance artists from around the globe. Pioneers of this art discipline exhibited alongside established and emerging artists, reflecting influences and current tendencies in the field. The project consisted of a vibrant program of live performances, installations, photographic and video documentation, conferences, daily round tables talks and meetings with the participating artists, researchers and curators. The communication that can be triggered between artists and the audience was an essential element. The topics addressed during the week related to the need to look at social relations and the lives of individuals with greater care.

The VENICE INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE ART WEEK 2012 is the live art exhibition project initiated and curated by artist duo VestAndPage, realised in collaboration with Studio Contemporaneo, Venice Open Gates, We Exhibit, Live Arts Cultures and European Cultural Centre | Global Art Affairs Foundation.

RETURNS

(a) Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Book with obvious signs of use;
– CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened;
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

(b) Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

(c) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card or payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

(d) Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

(e) Return shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product back to the address provided on your order confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50.- Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES AND LOSSES

(a) If "Priority Shipping + Shipment Tracking" is chosen, shipping is DHL parcel with standard DHL Express liability included in the shipping price. No liability for damages and losses applies for "Standard shipping" options. Additional financial protection to customers against all risks of physical shipment loss or damage, from any external cause can be requested.

(b) Shipment tracking number will be communicated to the buyer upon shipping information. Buyers are responsible for tracking the good. No responsibility from the seller side is taken for the unlikely event of loss or damage occurred during shipping. Please contact us with any insurance questions prior to purchasing.

Through the webstore, we only accept payment via PayPal. You will be forwarded to PayPal upon check-out.

If you wish to use a payment method other than PayPal, please write us an email.

(b) Prices
Prices include the price of each product, tax and handling fees.
Shipping charge options with DHL parcel service are shown and added related to your country of destination.

Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided for "Priority Shipping + Shipment Tracking".

No shipment tracking applies for "Standard shipping" options.

Prices include the standard DHL Express liability for "Priority Shipping + Shipment Tracking" options.

No liability insurance applies for "Standard shipping" options.

(d) International Customs
